A Dog's Dream will be starting our new training classes this month with three new trainers! Next week we have Amy Holtz of Hope 4 Your Canine in on Tuesdays and Thursdays to teach a puppy class, a beginner obedience class, and even a "Pint-Sized Pals" beginner's obedience class which is exclusively for small dog breeds. Starting in a few weeks, on Saturdays and Sundays Kristina Klima of Love-a-Bull Dog Training with also be starting a round of puppy classes and beginner obedience classes. And finally, we will have Mark Patrick of Tuxedo's K9 Training Camp with us on Sunday evenings starting in February to do a basic obedience class designed a little more for shelter and rescue dogs (his specialty!).

Anyone who has Amy train their puppy is truly blessed. We met Amy through Rudy's Rescue. She wisked our Lexi (big, beautiful yellow lab) out of captivity in a puppy mill. It was so bad. Anyhow, she gave Lexi some real TLC, got her ready for our "forever home" and even worked me through the first weeks of a difficult transition. She truly understands dogs and loves them (and their owners) so much. I told her she needs to write a book!
